“Education is the first step toward creating prosperity and equality.” At New Horizons, we firmly believe that education has the power to transform individuals, uplift communities, and shape a brighter future for society. Since the establishment of New Horizons in March 1998, our journey has been driven by a deep commitment to supporting learning at every level. Response from Grade 5 Teacher: Raz-Kids is a valuable resource for both students and teachers. It motivates students by offering engaging, interactive reading experiences while allowing them to read at their own level. The platform supports differentiated instruction, providing tools to tailor lessons based on individual student needs. As a supplement to classroom instruction, Raz-Kids reinforces key literacy skills, helping students build reading fluency and comprehension both in and out of the classroom. Raz-Plus helps my students stay motivated to read every day, and the book quizzes are very beneficial to aid in skill comprehension. I am able to monitor their progress and determine which skills need additional classroom intervention. RAZ is also a useful tool for students to get leveled texts that are quick and easy to read independently.
